Rest, In Peace

'Rest, In Peace' is an invitation to meditate on death from the perspective of rest and surrender. This session is also an opportunity to honor your body, to liberate grief that is stored in your body and through that, to make space for blissful and authentic joyfulness.
In Western/European cultures, many people tend to avoid the subject of death as much as possible whereas in countries of the Global Majority, death is seen as an integral part of the cycle of life/death/rebirth. We will explore this concept through the yoga asana Savasana (Mrtasana) or in English 'corpse pose'. Being conscious of death allows us to live every moment in freedom and in joy. Don't be fooled though, Savasana may be one of the easiest poses to access, but it is one of the hardest to master!
