The most time we spend with someone consistently having sex is probably with ourselves.
We are our own longest lover.

Who told you how to touch yourself ?


Sensual or sexual self-pleasure is about connection with ourselves or with a sense of something greater than us through the experience of self pleasure, eventually it’s the base of how we share ourselves with others. In other words how you make love to yourself is how you are as a lover for others.

Understanding more about how our bodies work, deepening our experience of body awareness and becoming more skilled at noticing and expressing our desires and boundaries makes us infinitely more susceptible to (self) pleasure.

What were are practicing here is befriending our bodies and our pleasures, creating sexual fulfillment and cultivating it on a deeper level within ourselves instead of looking almost exclusively to eternal sources for arousal.

Today we continue on the subject of GASM!💛🧡❤️💜💙💚
I am late with the upload, cause, while trying it out,..I cheated on my own practice 3 times!
…cause I got too excited.
Learning to be in pleasure is a process, a skilled to be practiced, ( on repeat in my head)
I noticed this one again.
But i really wanted to stay as simple and slow as possible.
Focussing on noticing minigasms, sparklegasms, wowiigasms, aaahhgasms,,,ooofffgasms, emogasms, restistancegasms, colorgasms, energyflowgasms, nogasms at all.
Which was very difficult especially for an adrenaline junkie in recovery like me.
Finally I manage to stay true to the simple essence of this exercise
and it was beautiful, hot and pleasure vocabulaire expansive!
